Turned out to be a great day for Carragain. Trails are packed out with a trace to 1 inch of new, wet snow as we ascended. Snow was a bit sticky and clumped on our microspikes at times but we switched to Snow shoes on the ridge and kept them on the rest of the day.
Great day with Scott and Kara. This was the completion of my NH48, Winter, single season 2011-2012. Great year to achieve this goal. Thanks to everyone who helped me through this.... |
