Thanks to Wolfgang for breaking trail…. I saw where the turnaround point was…. Snow a foot deep… very taxing breaking trail but I got there. Ski tracks on Black cap spur trail to summit. Solitude all day. You want peace and quiet go get this peak…. It needs more snowshoe love. You’ll really struggle without them…. 9.21 mile hike with. 2400 ft of total ascent.1000 ft of it to summit Peaked Mountain. |
