Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Lot was almost full at 10:30. Looked to be mostly ice climbers with one or two local residents. Plow came through sometime late this morning blocking some people in.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All bridged or buried.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: No issues.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: The dog from the Notchland hotel, who is NOT friendly, was hanging around the bridge. I wish they wouldn’t let her just run like that when they know she’s not friendly, especially to other dogs (she was bearing her teeth at ours).

Comments
Comments: Essentially broke trail the whole way. There was maybe one set of footprints ahead of us. We used snowshoes the whole way but it could use some more packing down. Snow was light and fluffy, but drifts got deepish in spots. Despite that, there were also one or two spots that were still a little bony.

Looks like someone had gone out toward Resolution and Stairs. We briefly toyed with the idea but windchills were well below zero so we decided against it since we had the dog with us and she looked cold.

Will have some pics on Instagram soon at quantum.moxie.
