Comments
Comments: Skied up Gulf of Slides to the main gully and ascended to nearly top of gully. Icy areas were isolated, obvious, and avoidable. Bootpacking felt safe during ascent (without the use of crampons or ice axe) due to the depth of windswept powder. Snowpack seemed stable throughout the day.

Recent wind deposits and new snowfall in the area. Trails are well covered with snow. Snowshoes likely required on previously broken trails. Sherburne trail remains packed and well traveled; crampons or snowshoes still recommended though it may be bootable.
