New parking area off Wood Rd wasn't plowed but I could easily pull in with my CX-5. I was the first one in there at noon and the only car parked upon my return. |

All frozen over and covered with new snow from this week. |

One small blowdown on Round Pond Tr, which I moved. Otherwise, trail is clear with excellent signage and markings. |

Sunny and cold today, winds were kicking but not as bad as anticipated. I broke trail out and back; there was ~4" of powder from this week's new snow. Hard pack underneath felt sturdy underfoot--all but one of the ice features were covered. Wore spikes from start to finish and that will be the recommended traction until more snow falls. |
