 | Comments: |
Trail is nicely broken out until you reach Middle Tripyramid. It looked like the trail wasn't broken out between Middle and South so we opted to turn back for the sake of time. Wore spikes first 2 miles. Switched to snowshoes once the terrain got steep. The snowshoes stayed on the rest of the way to help with traction. Butt sledding down was inevitable on steep sections where it was tough to stay upright. |
