Comments
Comments: I was the only one up this steep trail yesterday, it was a fine sunny day but very cold. There was only a couple inches of new fluffy snow since the last report. I wore mountaineering snowshoes up and down. I had to do a controlled butt slide down some sections, beat up the shoes a bit but luckily no ripped pants or ripped skin. It will be a while before the rocks are all covered and it’s not dangerous. Not ideal conditions, but doable with some luck. Also a lot of droopy trees to duck under on the ridge.
