Comments
Comments: Great day out with Mike and Donna. Trails were all packed through Bunnell Notch and perfect for microspikes (or bare boots). Some drifting throughout the day on Kilkenny ridge but spikes still OK. More drifting on summit ridge. We lost the trail for a bit in the middle but got back on OK. I wore snowshoes from the cabin to summit and all the way back to the car. Rest of the group stayed in spikes all day.

Snowed all the way up but sun broke through when we were on the summit and the rest of the day was gorgeous. Wind chills at the cabin were close to -25 but whole route is protected and temps/wind were never any real problem.
