Wonderful day. The road is well packed and groomed for snowmobiles. We bare booted until we started to get some steeper trail where I chose my snowshoes because I like the lifters and the other 2 used microspikes. The snow shoes were good in the drifted areas where there was a lot of shallow postholes.
Warm enough to sit in the sun on top and eat lunch without really layering up. Beautiful day and views. The trail like most others is in great condition. |
