All water crossings either frozen or very easily crossed. |

Some blowdowns will be encountered on the Willey Range Trail. All of the are easily navigated via either a duck under or walking around. |

All the trails we traversed were packed with the exception of the Willey Range Trail between Mount Willey and Mount Field. The three of us were wearing snowshoes so it's broken out but three people can only do so much. The snow is very light and is about 8" deep. The areas where blowdowns and such allow the wind to get a clean shot are basically hardpack and a nice change from the powder.. |
