 | Comments: |
Spikes from the parking lot up to 1.4 miles then snowshoes the rest of the day. Thick ice for a portion of the 1st mile, then lots of fresh unpacked snow and drifts (2" - 6"). We broke trail all the way through the Engine Hill Bushwhack. 2 nice guys from NY passed us on the Iso Express and broke that one out as we followed. 7 sets of snowshoes on the trail. It looked really good as we came out. Engine Hill muddy area is not fully frozen but you can navigate around/through it.
