A bit surprised that there was no snow on any of the trails, but it was ok with me. Did the Velvet Rocks trail to Trescott Road (north) trailhead and back as well as all of the spurs in between (East Wheelock, Ledyard Link, Oli’s Eagle, Trescott, shelter loop). It took me a while to map it all out and I was happy to find that everything was where it was supposed to be. Good signage everywhere, as is typical with the DOC. The shelter looked to be in good shape. |
