Comments
Comments: no issues though we did go off the trail on logging roads a few times, we easily found our way back to the bright yellow blazes

Another terrific afternoon along the ridge and up to the ridge. If snow softens up, snowshoes would be the way to go. Micros were great today - almost faster than if there were no snow/ice on the trail season. Outstanding winter sun views and deep woods, mossy rocks, and the tilted rocks at a 45-degree angle along the Elwell Trail at the rocky multi-bump summit of Bear.
