Comments
Comments: Snow packed down bottom to top. A couple of fluffy areas near the top but no large drifts or anything requiring snowshoes at this time. Water crossings rock hop-able. A few bare spots early on and from the ski trail lookout but pretty well covered in snow, not much ice, and in great shape. The last month has seen numerous blow downs but nothing to even step over today. Great job by those making the effort to clear them continuously! Pretty breezy today and no real leaners stood out.
The parking lots were pretty crowded but easy enough to find something as the lots are large.
Interesting sight, a fat tire bike made it up and down today, utilizing the trail. Cool to see but also a hazard as we didn’t see each other until the last possible second.
