Very interesting trail conditions today, with this cold weather freezing up the trail again. There was a dusting of snow on top of frozen ground - patches of ice. We wore rock spikes the whole way while some folks barebooting at the start. At the Bald Peak Spur junction, we saw a dusting of fresh snow on the evergreens. We had some beautiful views of the Kinsmans and Moose! |
