Dog-Related Notes: We left Ms. Piper home due to the cold weather and her not being a fan of it, but other dogs seemed to be enjoying themselves

Comments: First time here at Horse Hill Nature Preserve. Great place to get some easy miles in. First timers may want to have a copy of the map with them. Trails are well marked, but there are a lot of them. We love to explore new places, if you do too, give yourself plenty of time here. We covered about 6 miles of mostly easy trails. Lots of Beaver activity, we also found a beaver skull while exploring. We also ran across some abandoned old cars in the woods and some artifacts.
