Comments
Comments: 100% microspikes hike. Up falling waters mostly good powder crust on steeps & cloudland falls area. Few icy patches that are avoidable. Fairly deep snow up higher when off tracked out trail portion. Few blowdowns to slow progress. Ridge was compacted snow, small drifts, bare rock, & ice. Watch out for small ice on ledges & steps, mostly avoidable. OBP at switchback near summit going down was a bit slow & then few icy spots down to hut. Then below hut smooth sailing to car with most rocky sections covered by good compacted snow.
