Comments
Comments: Trail nicely packed all the way to the summit. We wore snowshoes most all the way up and back. Madison cone requires traction. We wore crampons on the styrofoam conditions. In the snowfields going up to Adams, snowshoes would work best. We wore crampons and they worked fine but the snow is softer in the snowfields.
