Comments
Comments: About 5/6" at base and more towards summit. I noted the snow was about knee high before summit. White out at summit. Hard to see Carins (sp) to head over to south, so we just went back down Gorge Brook. many people on trail. You do not NEED snow shoes, but they would be helpful. Drifting at summit, some spots a little harder to negotiate. Snow on most of the trail was like walking in sand. Broken out, but not packed so it would be slippery in many areas. nothing too bad, just not "packed". Enjoy.
