Comments
Comments: Bare booted/microspiked to junction of Nineteen Mile Brook and Carter Dome trails. Trail was broken out to the junction of Carter Dome and Carter Moriah Trails. Three of us broke trail on Carter Dome in snowshoes to about 4300 feet or about .6 from summit of Carter Dome. Snow was maybe 12-18 inches where we turned around and seemed to be getting deeper the higher we went. Saw four other hikers on our way down, none with snowshoes.
