Great day, very little wind on Liberty, calm on Flume. Amazing views when the sun highlighted the Presis and in the west the Greens. The bushwhack from the East Basin to the turn before the Flume Tr. jct. is well packed out. FRT is not packed out heading north to Haystack, but well packed to Flume, though filled in with drifting snow at the usual places. Barebooted from Flume Tr. jct to tent platforms on a well packed trail and then used snowshoes from there. Had the mountain to myself |
