Comments
Comments: In general, good snow cover on all trails. Old Jackson Road has a hardpack base with several inches of fresh powder, while the Raymond Path is 10-12 inches of unconsolidated powder (and some crust) atop a base of hardpack. Spur path to Lowes Bald Spot is crust with some new powder -- bareboot or light traction. Tuckerman Ravine Trail is groomed and very easy to bareboot right now.
