All the crossings were frozen over, and all but the first two had good snowbridges. Low down crossings were very easy. |

Nice day to be in the mountains. Some on-again, off-again flurries but periods of sunshine too. Trail is a little icy, but it has been well broken out. Used snowshoes the whole way, although microspikes probably would have worked, especially lower down. Only about 2 hours to the summit, and then hopped over to Waterville Valley for a well earned free ski! Please check with ski area management before attempting. |
