plenty of parking mid-morning at trailhead (fee lot). Camp/buses of camp kids arrived just before noon - only 2 smaller buses this time. |

terrific mid-week morning hike - good vis of nearby mountains in rising heat. Still, rocks were a bit slippery - I had crab-walk and butt-slide in a couple places. |
