| Comments: |
Lincoln woods trail was unremarkable. Any mode of locomotion was fine.
Osseo was fine at start then became arduous and difficult due to little previous traffic. Small footsized frozen holes turned into knee deep post holes for 2+ miles of the hike. All top crust was frozen and irregular. If you tripped off trail you were thigh deep in powder. So it is safe to say it was a very unpleasant hike due to the footing We completed the @11mile round trip in just under 6 hours. |
