Comments
Comments: Fast track today 6:15 car to car. Sawyer River Road well packed by snowmobile traffic.

Signal Ridge Trail very solid base with some frozen in snowshoe tracks. At no time today was there any doubt that microspikes were the footware of choice. Snowshoes stayed in the car..crampons in the bag. Looks like some snow tonight that will level this track off and make it a great snowshoe track as the base is consolidated. Virtually no ice today on the trail..easily avoidable.

Views were stellar along Signal Ridge and the summit tower where the winds were virtually calm. Valerie and I stole this one today..what a great day out
