| | | | Comments: | Trail was mostly dry for the first half with great footing, then a few muddy spots. The upper switchbacks were very wet and the slabs extremely slippery - I fell twice even with extreme caution. Well-worth it to visit the falls on the way up - I wouldn't want to come down that way. Champney Falls Cutoff over to Middle Sister is a lovely stretch of trail, with a surprise ledge view giving a preview of those to come at the summit. A great option for views similar to those from Chocorua with less crowds. | | | | | Name: | ML | | | | | E-Mail: | | | | | | Date Submitted: | 2024-06-13 | | | | | Link: | https:// | | | | Disclaimer: Reports are not verified - conditions may vary.
