Road is still closed. Saw a national forest pick up truck driving it and checking on the campgrounds. I imagine this road should open any day now. Lots of pot holes in the road which they may try to fix with gravel first? |

Bugs galore. Black fly season is here. I took several to the eye and swallowed several as well. Almost threw up I was coughing on one so hard. I didn’t miss this!! |

Lovely day on the loafs. It was humid and hot but by the time I started to descend back to the car it started to rain which felt lovely. Nobody out there today! Only passed two people walking the road (who I had def scared big time on accident). IYKYK. Beware bugs!!!!!! |
