First car in the lot at 6:45AM. Went counter clockwise and didn't see a soul until arriving back at the lot just after 9am. No people, no bugs, no clouds and barely a breeze. Perefect day. Easily avoidable mud. Watch for ice on the ledges if you start early like I did. Any water on the slabs or ledges still in the shade were a little icey. Great early season tune-up hike. |
