Comments
Comments: We had hoped that with an early start we could at least beat some of the forecasted snow.. 4-8” fresh down low with higher drifts at higher elevations… after summiting our tracks weren’t visible where we had been 15 mins prior…but the majority of the hike a snowshoe trough was visible.. be prepared for a little navigation in the open areas as I’m sure our tracks will have disappeared… the snow was of a light consistency so if you need/want Moriah don’t let this storm stop you from getting out tomorrow (Sunday) Good luck!
