Water crossing are unfrozen, but narrow enough to easily step over. |

An unpopular trail, new snow and white blazes made it almost impossible to follow the trail through obscure sections, so I bushwhacked some. |

There was just enough snow (about 4 inches) to make snowshoes my best option on this as yet unbroken road and trail. There is a hard crust on the snow, adding a little extra work to the trailbreaking. |
