Comments
Comments: A cold day with fresh snow on the trail. North Twin had minimal new snow but as we climbed the Fire Wardens Trail the depth increased The last stretch before the summit had over a foot of fresh powder in places with deeper drifts. We alternated breaking trail to the summit and had a very enjoyable hike down in our newly created snowshoe track. The birch glades on the FWT were amazing. The sun was just breaking out as we finished the hike.
