 | Comments: |
Trail is hard packed all the way up except for the steep sections within a half mile before the hut, which is slippery from powder but otherwise hard packed beneath the powder. There was a mixed bag of spikes and snowshoes. I opted for snowshoes on the descent due to the slick conditions near the top and just left them on. Kahtoola microspikes seemed insufficient. |
