Great day for these 2 peaks, trails were in very good shape. Saw 10 hikers on Zealand trail and had the rest of the trails and peaks to myself today. Barebooted Zealand Road and Zealand Trail. Put on stabilicers from Twinway all the way back to Rt. 302 due for better traction on icy sections and snowpacked sections. Thanks to all who packed down the trail with snowshoes. Traveling today was very good for about a 19 mile day. 24/48 WNH4K.
