	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Road/trailhead is not maintained in the winter but was still passable with my Suby as of the date of this report (12/30/11).

	Surface Conditions:	Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth

	Recommended Equipment:	Traction

	Water Crossing Notes:

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	Cleared 6 more blowdowns on the Piper trail including a walk-under that became a duck-under (i.e. future hazard).

	Comments:	Probably the last trip to the Piper trailhead assuming we get some snow. Made it up past the third bridge. I think the trail is pretty clear from there though it doesn't get much use in the winter due to access issues.
