A quick afternoon loop over the New London high point.
Kidder and Morgan Hill Loop trails had been postholed by both humans and animals and I tried to smooth things out the best I could with one set of snowshoes. There was a bit of new snow on top of crust that would break at awkward angles.
Morgan Hill Trail had a snowshoe track that was churned up by bare boots. Even so, the walking was easier with the track as a base. Looks like the snowshoer headed down Dura Crockett Trail. |
