Comments
Comments: -6 when we set off this morning. Very little snow down low , just enough to cover the ice which became quite pronounced as we hit the ledges. A few inches above 3000 feet.

Managed to get up and down with microspikes but Scott put on crampons on the descent. Requires great care and focus but doable.

Magical sky under amazing altocumulous lenticularis cloud hovering over the notch all day, associated with high wind turbulence. This was well above the peaks as Moriah had light winds. Looked like giant disks stacked on each other. Great, cold day out with Scott. Met Deidre on the ascent.
