Comments
Comments: Hard packed from start of Nineteen mile to junction of Carter Dome trail, snowshoes from there. Trails looked nice until we took a left down N Carter trail and realized someone bare booted it up and chopped up the trail and post holed a bunch. Snowshoes were a must on this hike because of the loose snow, anything else on your feet and you will have a bad time sinking with each step. 6 of us in snowshoes hopefully helped pack down things a bit but was an ankle bender in spots because of the bare booter.
