Today's snow to sleet to rain netted about an inch or so of new snowpack. Generally about a foot of spring snow, with one short thin spot in the usual place on the ridge, and then some drifts from this morning that were a few feet deep. Snowshoes a must. I set an okay track, but it will need some more snowshoe traffic to consolidate as temperatures drop. |
