Spring snow this afternoon with a slight breakable crust on top. A few open seeps/slush areas. A single set of bareboot postholes on the first half of the trail. I wore snowshoes roundtrip and was able to repair a lot of the postholes.
Generally about 6-10" of snowpack.
Cloudy afternoon with temperatures in the mid-30s. Felt more like mid-March than mid-January. |
