Comments
Comments: It was a beautiful day for a hike! We saw about 10-12 other people on the trails and one dog other than ours. The first 1-2 miles there was no snow in sight but we had to be careful of the ice. Spikes needed around 3,000ft elevation for the ice and packed snow. The ridge was mostly packed snow with some icy patches and large exposed boulders. Definitely no snow shoes needed, but microspikes are a must. Poles were very helpful with all of the ice and snow. Safe hiking, all!
