Comments
Comments: Bare booted the beginning of Blueberry Ledge Trail to about 2800' and the last mile or so of Dicey's Mil Trail. Everything else was in spikes, which are a necessity for these summits right now. Snowshoes went for a ride. All trails above 3000' are snow and/or ice covered with a hard base and/or crust. I never sank more than a half inch all day. No need for snowshoes until we get more snow. There was a lot of ice on the Blueberry ledges which made the ascent challenging.
