Comments
Comments: The trip through the woods over to kickback Road was easy. Barefooted and the road itself. Opted for snowshoes at the start of the north twin Trail, but could probably have booted to the water crossing. Met a group of maybe 11 people heading up north twin, so the trail was fairly turned up. Still quite a few rock, mud, and water. There was one person in front of me after that, and I caught him at Treeline. Broke out the remaining 10th of a mile to North twin and the first third of a mile to South twin. I ran into two people coming my way . South twin to the end was a packed highway. The snow was wet and heavy and fed up on my snow shoes most of the day which made for a tiring hike. Lost the shoes and booted the last 2 miles or so and the road to my car. Gorgeous view from the summit.
