Comments
Comments: It was a nice day for this hike with some undercast weather over the pemi wilderness. I barebooted the lower sections but otherwise used snowshoes. The trails were sort of soft due to the warm weather. Gale river, twin way and garfield were broken out well. North twin spur was drifted in so it had to be broken out again. Garfield ridge was broken out but not very well. The waterfall was frozen and buried under snow. The lower sections of garfield trail were getting slushy later in the day and there were even some bare sections.
