Comments
Comments: light snow all day. We bare booted to the beginning of the steep climb and most of us put on microspikes there. The 2 holdouts waited for the chimney bypass. We kept them on all the way back to the parking lot. There was a lot of ice but enough packed powder on top made the going pretty good. The ice was easy to get over. About a foot of new powder on top of Osceola. The temps were in the 20's and only a light breeze on top. We met a couple of guys in crampons who had camped out in the col.
