Water Crossing Notes: Most water cross were rock hop-able despite pretty high water. However the crossing on Zealand trial by the large beaver pond was tough. Usual not an issue thus the lack of stepping stones. Had to search up stream for a place to cross
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Dozen or so blow-downs on this traverse. Most were easy over or under's. The largest was on the Wilderness Tr. Huge and a tough obstacle after a long tough day

Comments
Comments: This was a long tough day in high winds and a steady light to moderate rain/snow. Going by reports and what I found on the Carters, snowshoes were left behind. From Zealand to Bond Cliff snowshoes could have been used. We either bare-booted or Microspiked the entire traverse. Lots of ice coming off Guyot and Bond Cliff was a skating rink.
