Comments
Comments: Trail is packed out all the way, snowshoes got a free ride this time. Microspikes & crampons earned their keep, some very icy steep sections that were borderline going up for microspikes and hillsounds. I put on crampons on the summit of Osceola for the descent and avoided the tree-grabbing and butt-sliding that lighter traction users were resorting to. Took them off back at the Greeley Ponds jct.

Crampons- bring 'em if you got'em!

Somewhat windy on the ridge, Summit temp 25F @ 12:15pm, nice mid-range views and excellent day out with Bruce Pf.
