Comments
Comments: Beautiful day on the Kinsmans! It was cloudy all day, and pretty warm when we started. We experienced dry, leaf covered trail until about the last mile, when things started to get significantly icy. We saw a significant steep ice covered rocks and floes through to South Kinsman, where we saw more crunchy snow and less sheets of ice. The huge boulders and slabs in between North and South Kinsman were all almost completely dry, which was awesome. Other than that, trees were snow and ice covered, and things were starting to look a little bit like Christmas! Beautiful day on the Kinsmans, despite the clouds!
