We were early but the parking lots were filled when we got down. Skiing didn't look great but lots of people were still there. |

Basket for a Black Diamond pole. Others on the trail were using them so left it. |

| Comments: |
Almost winter conditions on the trail. Most of the rocks were covered with packed powder and so we didn't have to watch our feet constantly. Used microspikes but could have bare booted. Only unpacked snow was coming off the peak and taking the northern route around. |
