One of my favorite loops. Pumpelly to Cascade Link to Spellman. Took a long break at the top of Spellman to enjoy the gorgeous browns and golds of all the Oaks to the East around Thorndike Pond and up through Peterborough. Only 4 people at the summit when I got there, due to the late start. Quite hazy outside of a 25 mile circumference today. Could not see Boston or the Whites. Green Mountains were visible, barely. |
